Who we are

When you use our quote form we collect what you type in: your first name, phone number, email address if you choose to give one, your town or postcode, and your description of the roof problem. When you phone us, we may note your name, number, address and details of the job.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and guarantee the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract. We keep job records to honour our guarantees and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or pass it to lead-generation companies. We share it only where needed to do the job (for example a scaffold supplier needing the address) or where the law requires it. Our website host stores form submissions on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become jobs are deleted when no longer needed. Records of completed work are kept for as long as the guarantee lasts and as required for tax purposes.
